These terms govern use of the Daily Dot website and the Daily Dot publishing tool (the "Service"), operated by Yash Desai, London, United Kingdom.
The Service is a private tool used by Daily Dot to create, schedule and publish its own content to its own accounts on third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Registration is closed to the public. You may not attempt to access the Service without authorisation.
When the Service connects to a platform such as TikTok, it does so through that platform's official API and only with the account owner's permission. Use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
All videos published through the Service are original Daily Dot content. We are responsible for the content we publish and comply with each platform's content and music policies.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or Service.
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
